Our matcha is cultivated in Uji, Kyoto Prefecture, Japan - one of the most renowned tea-growing regions in the world. The area's unique climate, soil conditions, and centuries-old cultivation techniques contribute to the exceptional quality of our matcha.

For the freshest matcha experience, we recommend purchasing within 3 months of the harvest date. However, our matcha maintains its quality for up to one year from the production date when properly stored. We regularly update our stock to ensure you receive the freshest possible product.

・Avoid exposure to heat, light, and moisture
・Refrigerate after opening (bring to room temperature before use)

When the following screen appears, click "Cancel" again

Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the "Restart" button

In the subscription section, scroll down and click on the "Change plan" button.

When you click, multiple subscription plans will be displayed as shown below, so select the plan you wish to change.
Click "Edit" in the bottom right corner

You will be charged as soon as your order checkout is complete.
Future payments will be charged on the same day and time each month (or every 3, 6, or 12 months depending on your plan). Please note that we use JST (Japan Standard Time). Therefore, renewal dates may appear one day earlier or later depending on your time zone.
For example, if you initialize your subscription by ordering on January 2nd, you will be charged on the 2nd of each month thereafter.
If you sign up on the last day of a month, please see below for a different renewal date policy.If you signed up on the 30th or 31st of the month, your next renewal date may be moved forward to the 29th/30th of the next month.

If you cancel your order before shipping, we will process a full refund of the purchase amount.
Changes or cancellations are only possible within 12 hours of placing your order and before shipping.
(After 12 hours), order processing begins and we cannot accept cancellations or modifications.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Please wait for the delivery and follow our return process if you no longer want the item.
